Right of Withdrawal

Important for the seller: RustPocket is digital content that is downloaded immediately after purchase. For the right of withdrawal to expire effectively, the buyer must expressly consent in checkout that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends, and confirm that doing so means they lose their right of withdrawal (Section 356(5) BGB). Without this double confirmation, the right of withdrawal remains in place. This consent still needs to be set up in Stripe Checkout.

Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For a contract concerning the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period ends, you have acknowledged that giving this consent means you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we have provided you with a confirmation of this.
